Roles: who can publish

Roles control who can build reels, approve them, and publish to connected accounts.

• Owner — full access, including billing and ownership transfer.
• Admin — manage team, connections, and settings.
• Editor — build and edit reels, send to approvals.
• Reviewer — approve or request changes, but not publish directly.
